Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Will NOT go back. I've always done my taxes on TurboTax but this year I decided to go to them to have them done. I went in on March 26th and I had to email a few documents which I did the same day. I could not get a response from them until April 10th after we called and were not very nice. Our taxes were still not done until April 12th. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. You have no idea what they're doing. Here it is over a month later and still no tax return. When I called to check the status, they told me they couldn't get into their system and would call me back. Still haven't received... read full review
