Harry Caswell did a great job replacing my 75 gallon hot water heater. They gave me an estimate and met it without any increases. I had left a message when I first called and then Rob called me back. I was trying to get another couple of years out of my existing heater and Rob gave me some suggestions. Then he gave several options for different heaters and cost estimates should I need one - No Pressure! We have used this company several times now and so has my mom. Both for simple plumbing and large scale / emergency situations. We would never use anyone else. I recently needed an old sewer line replaced at a home on City sewer. I spoke with 8 plumbers but unfortunately due to the depth of the line (12'), no one was willing to take it on. During the process I was recommended to contact Harry Caswell. While they didn't have any immediate openings for such a large project, Jenn was extremely helpful. She assisted me by giving several great recommendations and was even willing to reach out on my behalf. Thank you for the support even when you didn't have to!
