My dentist of 3O years retired and I was anxious about going to a new dentist. Dr. Tai was recommended by my son who is dental phobic. After my visit today, I have to thank my son for the that recommendation. Dr. Tai and the entire staff go out of their way to address your concerns and offer reassurance. This is an exceptional staff.
My experience @ Dental Associates of DE Wilmington location was exceptional. All the staff, from reception to the dentist Dr. Bond, were extremely friendly, kind, & informative. I was terrified to have the extensive dental work I needed done & Dr. Bond & his assistant Jadah were extremely compassionate & caring. I felt zero pain & I can't wait for the finished results!!! Loved my visit from the moment I stepped in to the second I walked out. Visited the Main Street location. The ladies were polite the entire time and very welcoming. The doctors and nurses were polite, straight forward and got their work done quickly and pain free.
