Took our 2 kittens here for their first vet visit after rescuing them and seeing all of the positive reviews for this place. It lived up to the hype! The place itself is so beautifully designed, front desk is awesome, it’s clean, everyone is friendly. They put us right at ease! Dr. Cochran & the nurse, Grace were SO friendly, informative, and loving towards are kitties. They were both absolute gems. Kudos to the entire team. Looking forward to our future working with this lovely group of people. Thank you!
I’m going to give 5 stars because I’ve not visited this veterinary, as well as the lady that operates the connecting pet store is one of the sweetest, most caring people I’ve ever met. It’s 200% not fair for either of them to suffer on-the-face negative Google reviews for this feedback.
HOWEVER, the receptionist working on 7/1/25 who very rudely scowled at me, through the glass, waving her hands like a lunatic, to let me know the pet store was not open yet, needs an attitude correction.
