Was looking to get in contact with a local irrigation installer in the area. Was recommended by a friend of mine to reach out to Lawn Quenchers. Sent their business page a message on July 10th. Didn’t get a response back until almost 4 days later, only after sending 2 follow ups.
After Shane finally reached out through text, we told him that we were in need of a quote as soon as possible and he told me he could come out the next day to take a look which was awesome. However, nobody stopped by my customers property as scheduled.
Sent 4 follow up text messages to check in on progress. Almost 3 weeks later, still no response. We will be taking our business elsewhere, very poor communication.

Good price for sprinkler system installation, however, poor customer service, they don't return phone calls. and poor staff attitude when you address concerns that system isn't working. I truly wish I had researched this business before hiring them. Sometimes cheaper is worst.Scheduled sprinkler spring system turn-on on Lawn Quenchers web portal. Had date set. One hour before turn-on, the owner, Rich, phones me to cancel because no other jobs were scheduled in my area, and rescheduled 2 days later. I agreed, because we are all human. The day of turn-on came and the company never showed for the 12noon appt. I texted them at 2pm to find out their time of arrival, Rich stated he forgot about my appointment because his last appointment in Rehoboth cancelled. He's only thinking of himself for distance to travel. I asked for a discount since they had me waiting on 2 separate days, he became angry asking if he could get through the day. Well my day was wasted by this company who never showed up for 2 scheduled appointments. Now he doesn't respond to my text messages or phone calls. They have poor customer service.This is the worst sprinkler system service I have ever encountered. Cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for.

NO SHOW: They didn't show up as stated not even a call. Don't answer the phone for a new apt. I will be moving on too a better company.

I was scheduled a visit 6/17 after 100pm I get a call that they are tied up on a job and cannot make it. They wanted to come on 6/18. IK told them ok. On 6/18, they call me at 1030 and say they are in the area and would like to come now I told them that I was at the Docotr and they could come at noon. They agreed and it its now 415 pm and they did not com or show up. They are very irresponsible and wasted my times over 2 days. Find another company

Had the sprinkler system and all went well.Then I had a remote control installed, which cost $100.00 - it never worked. I returned the wifi connector & never received the $100.00 refund.I've contacted Rich repeatedly and have had no response. Also not responding to turn off the system for the winter season.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
