Been getting gel manicures here for about 6 months now. They’re always fast.Some techs are friendlier than others however I’ve never had any major issues with customer service.( these are my real nails)Service: Gel manicures

I'm new to the area and decided it was time for a pedicure; thought I'd give Urban Lounge a try. I made an appointment for 6 pm on a Thursday. I arrived, they got me seated within 5 minutes, and it took another 20 minutes to have someone available to start the service. I did the champagne and rose pedicure. My feet looked okay and the polish looked good. The place is cute, clean, and bright. The smell of chemical is strong so I'd recommend wearing a mask. A convenient place to go if you're in a bind but I will try out a few other salons to find my "spot."

I went to Urban Nail Lounge for the first time yesterday, and it was such a great experience. I have been looking for a salon that will do a higher level nail art for a while, and was having difficulty finding a place that would. And boy did the salon deliver.I got my nails done by Imon, and they came out so great. She was so fun to talk to and was very conversational, which was a nice change of pace from usually being ignored by a manicurist. On top of that, the quality of her work was exceptional and she even cleaned up my horrendous cuticles.
