I had an outstanding experience at Unity Health Care Center, thanks to Sonia's exceptional registration assistance. Her amazing service made my first visit seamless. Dr. Tchinda further elevated the experience with her unparalleled kindness and profound knowledge. A truly remarkable team deserving of numerous accolades and stars!

I've been coming to Unity to see my doctor for a long time but the condition of the building seems to be bad. For today's appointment I was placed in a room for a bit but moved from that room after a while by the medical assistant(I have mobility issues and walk with a walker and have respitory issues) . Not sure of the reason,but this room was dirty with a bucket of dirty leaky ceiling water in that room. My doctor was upset and apologised to me. This is not acceptable.

This place is the worst, they don't answer the phones, they don't answer the messages you send on mychart, hell the Director doesn't even respond so of course the people up under her will do no better... if you want a great staff you must first be great yourself Director, please do better and encourage your staff to do better as well this is peoples health and it should not be played with or ignored... half the people that work there just do, to say they have a job not because they care or want to make a difference and this is from the top on down to the bottom. they are shameful!!!
