Horrrible staff. Receptionist will put you on hold for a long time. Short staff they said. Well, in a medical field, if you do not have the staff to help the numeous calls, then shut the place down. It is unacceptable. To followup with the case manager is a joke. Rep will not listen. They talk over you. This place is more about how to put patients on hold until they get tired. This clinic should be called ""COLUMBIA ROAD CALL CENTER."

THE WORST thing that exists is this clinic, the doctors, the nurses, the front desk people are ALL very irresponsible, very rude, they don't answer the phone, they are NEVER on time for appointments, they give wrong results, if you can go to another clinic health is better, this doesn't work.

I'm a member of Columbia Road Health Services, where my assigned doctor works and so it is my primary healthcare clinic. [Primary health care - noun: healthcare at a basic rather than specialized level for people making an initial approach to a doctor or nurse for treatment.] I was feeling sick with moderate flu-like symptoms and wanted to find out what it was (Was it flue? Covid? Something else?) and get treatment, so I called them for a visit. They told me I couldn't come in for testing, yet offered no explanation.
