I went without an appointment because I had the flu and a big scandal thinking that it was COVID to others if it had been like that, that's why they are there to care for the patients I have been there for years but what a disappointment that they marginalize you due to the flu ??‍♀️

I’ve just had my second appointment here and I love the place. My doctor is super kind and asks questions to really try to get to know me and my life to fully understand the type of care I might need. Big fan of hers.And to the people complaining about the receptionists and phone lines. Maybe it’s not perfect, but I think they do quite a fine job considering how many people they’re working to serve.The clinic takes people with any kind of insurance and the paperwork involved with that must be tremendous so hats off to them for putting in the work to serve the community to their fullest extent.

SIDEBAR: When I was initially diagnosed with diabetes and realized Aetna did not cover the prescribed Januvia plus 1 other Rx I rqstd an alternative. Dr Tonya Hailes, without chkng (at that time) said there was none , hvng just lost my husband, did not hv the energy to question. Ok, present day. Hvng ctcd Aetna myself, they gave me 3 alternatives. After several attempts I was FINALLY able to reach her nurse & provided her with the information and rqst a new Rx. All to no avail. Meanwhile a trip to ER with my sugar at 575. Then sent home at 407. Later in the week by Unity eve clinic diagnosed with keytones. Had a scheduled virtual appointment with her Hailes today....read full review
