There was a bit of a wait, as all doctors offices have, but all of the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Once I checked in, everything was very smooth/efficient. I was seen for my physical, quickly got a vaccine, and got my lab work done in about 20 minutes
Honestly . With all the negative reviews I was expecting to have a not so good experience, it was the opposite. I had a great visit. I did a walk in @ 9:20 am and was out by 12 noon. Not that bad. The doctor was a white male and he was attentive , and I’m a black woman so healthcare is already scarce for us. He actually listened to my request. I got labs done , a Pap smear right on the spot .
Unorganized scheduling system. I suggest calling ahead to ensure you have an appointment (ignoring the text sent within 24 hours), in hopes that the staff didn’t “forget to reschedule you”. Please do better for our community.
