The instructors are excellent, there is a large selection of classes, and the multiple locations are convenient. Customer service is also very prompt and helpful. For an organization to care about its clients and have a personal touch is a rarity these days, but RTR has it.
Really enjoyed my first-ever reformer Pilates class at RTR. Jalencia was reallly helpful getting me started and working with an injury I have. Great fun and I look forward to going back!
The quality and size of the clases are great. The teachers are super competent and kind. I have gone to chains that offer Pilates and -to me- they come across as gimmicky. RTR has the right combination of hard and dynamic workouts- without making them gimmicky. I love the circuit classes!
