On Saturday January 20 2024 I had my first training with Kristian O Brien she was a awesome trainer she did a wonderful job on all the topics we covered I love her personality very professional with the training and I felt very welcoming with the company and the training she did. My experience was out of sight!!! I contacted the company when I had a crisis which needed to be addressed promptly, and not only was Kristina able to provide a same day service, the RN Michael, was at my door in just a few hours. They were so helpful, efficient, and pleasant. Kien, also a RN, not only assisted with helping my elderly father, she sat and listened to music and looked at old memories with him. There are not a lot of companies in this industry who truly care about their clients, but this company truly does. Thanks so much for making my day!

I came to Philia to find a nanny after failing for months to find the right nanny through local Facebook pages. Kristina knew I was on a tight deadline in terms of on boarding a nanny for my family, and she found me a nanny to start in 1 months' time. She provided me with a diverse group of nannies to interview to find the right fit for me and my kids.
