Lana at the front desk is a superstar, queen, and someone that I’m lucky to have met. My 4 friends and I walked in and were able to sign in with no trouble, and she demonstrated the instructions to all of us. Her patience was impeccable. We asked almost 200 questions and she answered them all with no hesitation, and a smile on her face. We talked and laughed with her in the lobby and she kept us entertained. We were nervous and she calmed our nerves. Being the only person in there she handled the bussiness like a pro. She deserves a raise. She is the best.

Firstly, the staff here goes above and beyond. The Manager Emily, is the best manager I’ve seen at the Connecticut Avenue location in years. Upon reactivating a few months ago, my experience has been great. Emily has top tier customer service skills, One of the best tactics of effective customer service is to remember the customers. She has that down to a tee and does it in a professional and courteous way. It reinforced why I like being a customer with palm beach tan, but this location specifically. Over the past few months this place has changed not only with new equipment, but new employees. Emily and Allie have made my experience great and the salon itself looks better . Everything was out dated and the employees walked around like they were better than all of us ( WHEN WE PAY THEM! )It’s a completely different atmosphere. This used to be a frustrating location because always something was out/not working. Loving the new amenities provided!Service: Tanning
