Sowah really saved me when I needed it most. I was staying at a friend's apartment and the key that was left me was incorrect. Sowah came-out at around 4am and I was able to get inside after a very long trip. Fair price and quick service. Would definitely recommend.
I needed my garage opened when the power failed. Sowah got the lock opened, but that didn't do the job since the door lift motor did not disengage. So he stuck with it and got creative. He carefully removed the caulking around one pane of a side window, preserving the pane. He opened the window, disengaged the motor, and opened the garage. I really appreciated the help.
Sowah was great! He came right away when we were in a pinch and had all of the equipment needed on hand. Very professional and efficient!! He was able to make us a key because the one we had was lost. He was so helpful and I thank him for his service.
