We had a waste pipe blockage that required an 8 foot excavation immediately outside our house in a very tight space. The team lead by Mike was outstanding. They encountered some surprises which they managed beautifully. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the project including the pre-set cost. Magnolia will now be my go-to plumbers.
The technicians that came out were universally amazing and timely. 5 stars to technician quality.
Their office's customer service wasn't great and was difficult at times to communicate with, but not a dealbreaker.
We ultimately went elsewhere with our business as their pricing quoted for an HVAC replacement was higher than anywhere else we were quoted, even with credits for being Platinum Plan members.
Overall – they do good work but the pricing wasn't competitive with others.
Called for same day service and within a few hours, a plumber arrived to my home. He explained how their estimates are tallied based on what needs to be fixed and what parts are required. The bathroom sink drain was leaking due to corrosion and new pipes were installed. It was a little pricey but in the end the leak was resolved. They guarantee the work for a year. The plumber, Anthony was polite, respectful and a true professional. I would call them for service, if needed again.
