This was an absolutely amazing experience that would have been otherwise terrifying if it weren't for Brenda Scott. From the second I walked in she made sure I was taken care of. My nurse, Tiffany was also delightful and eased the pain of getting vaccinated. I 10/10 recommend this facility. Thank you for everything you do!

I was so skeptical changing from Aetna health insurance to Kaiser Permanente, but this place makes me so glad I did! It was the BEST doctor experience in my life. I set up an account online and easily scheduled my appointment. Since this location is connected to the Union Station Metro underground, it's very easy to get to (there's a Capital Bikeshare dock two blocks away if that's more your style). The front lobby staff were helpful and directed me to where I needed to go. I waited for literally one minute before being called back. I never had to wait ever.
