Rachel has given me my life back. From the moment i walked through those doors I knew this was the start of feeling better. Rachel made me feel safe and listened very attentively to all my concerns. Appointments are never rushed. Her kind soul and knowledge puts my mind at ease. I travel from Canada and she always makes sure everything is in order to be able to come back home and continue treatment with no interruptions. Lyme, like most chronic diseases, is a nasty illness. It saps your energy. It steals your time. But unlike most chronic diseases, it’s widely misunderstood among health care professionals and the public alike. It’s emotionally and physically draining — both dealing with the illness and the general ignorance around it that abounds.
