I bought a unit from Grosvenor months ago and can say that even though the have good taste, dealing with them is nothing to easy. I had things (issues) that were addressed during the inspection and they didn’t honored at all even after accepting to terms. Also, many things in the unit as very badly handled such as the door of my laundry. See foto! I ask myself what sort of resources you hire to do certain work? I ask you, how do you pour the detergent???
Worst ever. Look at Vancouver lawsuit. 80 Defects.
