I’ve always loved this place and usually walk out thrilled with my brows. But this time was really disappointing. I didn’t see my usual threader/waxer, even showed a photo of my previous brows, and the result looks nothing like it. I also didn’t enjoy the eyebrow dye experience at all. Frustrating to have paid more for a service I normally love but really didn’t like this time. Definitely remember the name of your favorite person so you can stick with them.

I had a sugaring session and it was a great experience. The technician was working alone, but she was super nice and extra careful since I’m pregnant. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend! She did such a great job !

This is my second time coming to Brow Contour at Farragut North. The stay is so kind and professional and the do a great job taking their time and making sure everything is right and you are happy. The place is very clean. Much better then the other stores in DC. Highly recommend.
