We needed a knob fixed on our gas stove. The guy came out with an attitude. Unhooked our gas and said he couldn't fix our problem that we needed to call a plumber..I smelled something , our gas was leaking from the back of stove meter on 100%! We had to evacuate the house. It could have exploded ! Remember we only needed a KNOB fixed..Then they tried to send the same dude back!

Although we were initially approved for a town program for a no-interest loan to get our septic system redone, the representative from this company (that got the town contract) tried to rush us into starting the project and went out of his way to get us disqualified from the program by trying to count our tenant's income (not rent which we had included). Had we continued to work with him, he would have been able to charge us up front for a project that this single-parent household couldn't afford outright and still have more "candidates" from the loan program to put through the same ordeal. What a creep!
