We love Dr. Brault and her team at North Wilton Animal Hospital. From our first visit she was attentive, caring, comprehensive and able to provide her expertise in a way that made our dog Boomer and us comfortable. We never feel rushed. She follows up (even with a late night call when warranted). She is careful containing costs where possible. We have weathered injuries, illness, behavioral issues and of course well visits all with Dr. Brault's help.I'll put it like this. First, in full disclosure, I head up a local animal welfare organization and have been involved in rescuing/saving animals for 30+ years. Having set the stage now, it is no surprise that I am VERY particular about my own pets' care (dog and cats) as they are my beloved fur babies....and I only entrust their care to Dr. Brault (North Wilton Animal Hospital) whom I have been with for years. Whether it's for their annual check-ups, some sort of infection/accident, nail clippings, bigger things (e.g., cancer, skin conditions, eye issues), etc - she always takes the time with me and my pets and is very, very thorough and compassionate; she cares. I can not express how thankful I am to Lori and her staff. They went above and beyond for my very hurt dog in serious need of not just diagnostics, but also love and support.After spending all morning on the phone, being turned down by 7 different vets and having a bad experience at an emergency walk in, Lori was able to squeeze my dog in for an appointment. The level of care and concern felt as though I took him to a family member.He was diagnosed quickly and set up with emergency care that he desperately needs. In a terrible time for me and my family I was put at ease during my time at her office and it wont be forgotten.
