This is not an actual maintenance company. All they do is take your call and then contact real companies (like mine) and charge you more than what I charge. They often will tell me not to wear a logo'd shirt or to let the client know that I am my own individual business entity. When they called me the woman attempted to sound like a regular customer just trying to schedule an estimate. I would not have known if it were not for the caller ID on my phone showing their business name. It was not until I asked "aren't you indeed a maintenance company yourself" that she then admitted to being a "maintenance contractor".
