Had a fine experience here. Not busy at all, I called ahead to see what the wait time was and there wasn't any on a Monday afternoon. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did a good job with a regular pedicure and a gel manicure - took her time with both! Very patient when I was picking my nail color and even helped me pick the color for my gel mani as I was between 2 colors. A little painful when she was pushing back/cutting my cuticles, and I told her a couple times, but it didn't change after I told her. They prepare you to spend more time with massages and then tell YOU how to tip. It is a gratuity tip and you to the customer how much they want to tip. And, initially it was frowned on to tip the owners… I could’ve flown to Florida for the price!?Rude!!Services: Manicures
