Dr. Jeff has been our most trusted veterinarian since 2019 for my two dogs and a cat. My family has worked with many vets both remotely as well as locally and we must say Dr. Jeff is by far the most knowledgeable (yet humble), compassionate and kind veterinarian we know. Dr. Jeff has been a trusted friend and veterinarian to me for nearly 25 years - three dogs ago. Despite his being on the opposite coast, we have met twice in person, with dogs, and regularly correspond. He has guided and taught me, and has responded immediately when I have exigent circumstances with any of my dogs. I can say without a doubt that he helped extend the lives of two of them with homeopathic consultation and emergency measures I could take. I can contact him at any time and get a comprehensive answer and course of action to pursue in accordance with my own knowledge and abilities. He is a brilliant homeopath, and always works within a holistic paradigm. He is completely trustworthy, choosing the most effective and least deleterious solutions to common and uncommon, major and minor issues. He gives freely of his knowledge, running a holistic forum which empowers many pet owners to identify and deal with a variety of issues on their own. I could not recommend him more highly!

We did not have a good experience with this Vet. He was abusive to me verbally when I asked via phone why he did not recommend Sub-Q for a Kidney failure cat. It was a simple question, but this individual immediately changed personality and the abuse was so bad that I had to just cut the conversation off and never return. The servicing was clearly bad for us. I have since met other people who had similar experiences.

I have been using holistic vets & homeopathy since 1994, I can assure you that none of them outmatched Dr. Jeff's expertise & professionalism. It's hard to believe now that I think of it, but my current dog has been with Dr Jeff for over 8 years. As a newly-minted supporter of homeopathy, I anxiously awaited the first of four sessions on homeopathic remedies for our pets offered by Dr. Jeffrey Feinman, a homeopathic veterinarian from Weston, Connecticut. Dr. Jeff is a passionate advocate for the use of homeopathic remedies for our devoted family members, and this passion was clearly evident in his first session on homeopathy. With his easygoing, personable and approachable teaching style, Dr. Jeff took a fairly complex, litany of homeopathic remedies and your pet's corresponding "symptoms" and transformed them, using case studies, into usable and understandable applications for the novice homeopathic practitioner. On a more personal level, Dr. Jeff was always willing to listen to each student's tales of woe using more traditional veterinary practices, and their subsequent and sometimes amazing outcomes after dosing with a homeopathic remedy - including my own personal experience with a very ill cat and one dose of arnica. One of the more important pieces of information gleaned from the sessions was that homeopathic remedies are inexpensive and easily obtainable, and that most importantly, in most cases, you and your pet, may not have to resort to the chemically-based drugs usually prescribed by more traditional vets, and which often create additional medical issues resulting from the use of the drug. I would definitely recommend the class to any pet parent looking for an alternative to traditional veterinary practices. Homeopathy works for your pet - and for you, too!

When our family first moved to CT I was freaking out a little because we had an amazing alternative vet in Bethesda, MD and it's always hard to leave an area with a great vet. Well, we were thrilled when we came across Dr. Feinman. One of our rescue cats came with a host of problems, the biggest of which bladder crystals, for which he had to have surgery before we adopted him. Needless to say, he had been put on a "special" diet of dry kibble. Through Dr. Feinman, we came to understand that was just making the problem worse. Lo and behold, a month after starting our cat on wet food, he never had the problem again. To think our cat would have never had the problem in the first place just tells me how inadequate a "standard" vet's education is. We now live in Rhode Island and get consultations by phone with Dr. Feinman. We make sure our pets get seen by him at least once a year and we use a local holistic vet for things like bloodwork, major dentals, etc. If you want more calm and balanced animal companions, give Dr. Feinman a call. You won't regret it - we sure don't.

Our dog Daisy has been suffering for years since her adoption with a multitude of symptoms, all which Dr. F has taken the time to not only find out why, but explain to US as to why they were happening. Many time people criticize homeopathy or other forms of medicine, when really, the proof is in the patient's who really, and I mean really, benefited from it's proper treatment. The initial intake takes a long time, but we more than welcomed that because that's what it takes to find out what's really going on. I have recommended all close friend's to bring their animals to him. He really is a credentialed, brilliant scholar, practitioner and pet companion. It's rare to find that combination..." And I really mean that. I wrote that approx one month ago and had another follow up appointment yesterday and he really proves himself each time.
