We worked with Chris to treat our yard and lawn for ticks. From the start he and his company were extremely professional and responsive. He walked through the different options and made sure to consider a variety of factors, such as pets, kids, and where our vegetable garden is located. His team always texted prior to a visit and after treatment was complete. They were flexible with moving treatment dates if needed. We had a fantastic experience and would recommend Chris and his team to anyone.

I contacted a few tick treatment providers when we moved into our new house with mixed experiences including some hard selling tactics. We went with Bugs & Blades because they were patient with us and consulted with us to find the right option for our property. Every interaction with them is a customer forward experience. We’ve been very satisfied with their service, communication and reasonable prices. A+ all around.

I don't usually write reviews but we switched to Bugs and Blades this season and they have been amazing from the get go! Price is very reasonable and I have to give them an A++ for communication and responsiveness. We receive a reminder email, a pre arrival text and a text telling us when they are done and reminding us to keep our kids and pets out of the yard for 60 minutes while the spray dries. Everyone there we have spoken to, from the owner to the office manager, to the techs themselves, has been friendly, courteous and very professional. A few weeks after they were here for a tick treatment we found a tick on our dog (not really surprised as she rolls in EVERYTHING)...read full review
