Wish I could give them NO stars. Our company service technicians use laptops to diagnose and repair materials handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, walkie pallet trucks, etc.). One of the screens is damaged and I submitted a quote request on 05-04-2016 through their web site "Contact Us" form. Never received a response. Well I finally received a response today 08-03-2016 at 2:48pm EST. The response was "Not read: Quote request: Dell Vostro 3700 Screen Replacement"
