I went because my hair stylist of 20 years retired and I happened to have an old gift certificate I'd won to the Hair Stop. I called ahead of time and the owner - Tony - confirmed he'd honor the certificate. He provided excellent service, and did a great job with my hair, which had suffered a bit from home coloring during the pandemic. The shop itself is very clean, and all the stylists seemed very friendly and exhibited a great sense of camaraderie. I went ahead an booked my next appointment, and expect to be a long time customer.

My daughter Ava and I needed a simple 3 inches cut off. I originally went to Great Clips next to BAM and they were so rude…also it would have been a 45 minute wait. I called Hair Stop and spoke to Maresa and mentioned I was two miles away and as soon as I got there I was welcomed by the same woman. I was very happy with the hair Maresa. She was very sweet and offered to wash mine and my daughters hair without me having to ask ( I have never experienced such great customer service especially someone offering to wash my hair without having to ask). She was hilarious and I had some great laughs. Although it is her job to make conversation and ask about washing hair, etc,... read full review
