My Dental Hygienist, Jennifer, is very concerned with the comfort of her patients. She always offers a numbing topical for my gums if I want it and even offers me a choice of type of numbing. Dr. Sindel checked on my implant and is as ready as I am to get the end process going. He has been incredibly supportive and kind during this process. Going to the dentist has always been a traumatic experience for me, that is until I started at Coastal Connecticut Dentistry with Dr. Sindel 16 years ago. !! The staff is AMAZING! I really don’t like to go to the dentist because i hate cleanings lol . Today was a great one . My teeth never bothered me at all during the cleaning . Hygienist are so amazing ! Olivia is usually mine but wasn’t there today so Melissa was and gave me the same care ! Can’t say anything bad about the care and how kind they are to my teeth ! Customer service is 100%

Today was my first visit with Coastal CT Dentistry. I'm a very anxious patient and I was so thankful to have Olivia as my dental hygienist, she was absolutely awesome with me. She sincerely recognized my unease and walked me through my new patient exam so kindly and professionally. The entire office, (which is much larger than I anticipated) was clean, quiet, with up to date equipment that also provided me with reassurance. I would recommend this office to anyone that may be in need a of new dentist.
