I'm not even entirely sure where to begin. I guess I'll start when they came to the nursing home to pick up my relative who had passed there. They wheeled him out to the van that was parked underneath the overhang. As they were pushing the gurney with the body strapped to it into the back of the van the legs wouldn't collapse. Instead of trying to fix it they just kept trying to slam it harder and harder into the rear bumper hoping that eventually it would collapse and they could slide the body in.
