Gents Barbershop

I am new in CT from Atlanta. I come from using the same old school barbers for 15 years. I found Gents by accident on Google on my day off and they treated me like a family member. The owner was a great conversationalist and the barber assigned to me (I forgot her name - apologies) gave me an exceptional bald cut and shave for a great price. She didn't do the hot towel treatment I'm so spoiled with, but she still gets 4.7 out of 5 stars. So, I've found my bsrber!!

I came over here on a Wednesday at 1:00pm all the way from Middlebury only to find that the place was closed - this is taking into account that they’re supposed to be open 9-5pm according to their times of availability (posted on their storefront!!). I was extremely disappointed as I heard great things about this place and have been looking for a good barber since the one I used to regular had passed away. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they could have been taking a lunch break and called in later.. only for none of my (3) calls to have been answered or even re-directed to voicemail. this was a very demoralizing experience that costed me a great...read full review
