Returned home to find my house unusually cold. A troubleshooting call to Gottier led to a service call, a replaced part and clear next steps. A follow up call the next day closed the loop. Thorough & efficient service across the board = a happy and satisfied customer!
Boiler broke at the worst time possible. I was at work for 12 hr on a Sunday and came home to distaster. Called gottier the next day and jared on the phone dropped everything to come handle things. The next day a new boiler was installed and looks great. Thank you guys so much
Tech was right on time. Rec text message he was on way. Polite professional and thorough. Five stars all around. Last winter needed emergency call from them. Fit us in with no problem even with bitter cold.
