No matter how Home Depot pushes their case, I have been waiting to get a Project done from a month and they haven’t yet shown up. They are not even apologetic and blame it on misplaced paperwork , if this weren’t a storm door replacement need but a legislation that needs to pass in congress!

The door was delivered in July and six months later it was finally done !!! It was said we had wood rot and they made us go through enormous crap with Home Depot!! We were put on a horrible spot and we basically had no choice to fold to their new contract $1,600 more to replace two pieces of wood !! One 2 x 4 and one 2 x 10 approximately 5 feet long. The owner that you never get to talk to Valdimir Mashkovich finally came to my house to look at what his installer that even admitted that it wasn’t as bad as first thought they offered us $125 back and after showing the owner they came back with $400.00 and I feel we were totally burned !!! I would give them zero stars if I could. Their contractor came to my house through Home Depot. DO NOT TRUST Home Depot. They DO NOT stand behind the contractors they hire. They came to replace my front door. The contractor cracked my floor tile, broke sheetrock around the door jam, cut my house alarm and then proceeded to cut my base board trim to accommodate wider trim to cover his poor workmanship. His excuse was "these things happen" and is taking ZERO responsibility for all the damage. I am now stuck fighting with Home Depot's insurance company to get paid to get my house fixed.
