Lisa Gravonsky PA, a provider at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology Specialists, was excellent and explained what she was doing during my visit, gave me information going forward and was kind and compassionate. Highly recommend!

My appointment was supposed to be for a complete body check, and that was not performed. Many areas were never addressed, I will never go to Lisa again.

Waited 45 minutes while listening to reception area call and dun patients for payments. PA came in 14 minutes after I was seated in exam room. Gave a cursory look at area of concern. Told me that freezing the growth may not be sufficient and I might need a different procedure to remove it entirely. As I was inquiring about other options so as not to have two procedures, she proceeded to freeze it without any further conversation or discussion. This office is more concerned with their bottom dollar than their patients.

Called this morning as a desperate attempt to get my 19 month old son seen by a doctor. He is covered in a terrible rash from head to toe. The front desk receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional. When I requested an appointment, she explained the office was booked up for the day and told me to try a walk in place. I proceeded to tell her how this was an urgent matter, my son’s rash had gotten worse over the course of the last 2 days and needed to be treated by a dermatologist. Both his pediatrician and doctor at urgent care could not identify the type of rash. Not only was this woman nasty, but she showed zero compassion or empathy towards a scared mother concerned for her young child. In the middle of our conversation, she hung up the phone on me!! When I tried to call back to leave my name and number, she hung up again. Called back a third time and she left me waiting on hold with no intentions of answering. Would have been nice if she offered to take my contact information in case there was a chance of a last minute cancellation in which my child could have been seen. Disgusting woman who worked the front desk on 8/3, whoever she is, her manager will be hearing from me Monday morning. This lady needs to either be fired or babysat at all times, she clearly cannot be trusted to communicate with the patients in the absence of management. I was completely upset as it was to see my child in pain this morning, and to be treated so terribly by this woman was not right.
