Great tailored personal training! I originally wrote this over a year ago. At this time I have been with Dave twice weekly for over 2 years. Personally tailored to your needs is exactly what he does. He addresses areas that need exercises due to discomfort. He can modify a workout on a dime! I had originally interviewed other trainers in gyms and there was no comparison. Dave is educated with nutritional needs and muscle anatomy which is why it can be specifically tailored to my personal needs.

About 2 years ago, we started working with Dave of True Health after realizing that we needed to do something, after many years of sitting in front of a computer for our jobs. Dave formulated a plan after determining where we were and where we wanted to be. He kept us on track and even helped us aim a little higher each time. As a side benefit, his willingness to share his knowledge about nutrition helped us understand how we could be healthier just by making small changes and breaking some bad habits...Thanks for working with us Dave!C & B

I contacted Dave for assistance with hip pain. He did a full assessment of my calf muscles, quads, hamstrings and back. Through his detailed process he was able to pinpoint the areas that were tight and explained how all of the muscle groups impacted the rest of my body. He then customized five exercises for me to do. I am so grateful for his help and with the care that he took in working with me.
