I can't tell you how much we love working with Mark and Action Water Gardens. He and his crew are communicative, on time, do a fantastic job and are patient with teaching me how to make my pond the best it can be. My frogs are all named Dave, but I had to name a tadpole after Mark.

We partnered with the team at Action Water Gardens to refresh the 20+ year old install they originally put in. Note: the pond hadn’t failed. The pump and filtration system and pond liner were fine. I just looked old. After 20+ years of New England winters it needed a redo. The team cleaned out the existing pond, saving the fish and frogs and “re-rocked” the pond and built a new waterfall. The waterfall is tiered and is perfect for birds to visit. They added lights and an automated dosing system to maintain the water and its clarity. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ve used the maintenance services a few times now. Each time they have promptly gotten back to me and come to setup/clean in good time. They have explained exactly what they are doing and why. I’ll be using them again.
