I have been helped tremendously by Dr R. I stopped pain shots and PT since starting with her and now only go for maintenance visits every 4 to 5 weeks. No cracking, just the activator, and it works. It changed my life.
I get adjusted by Dr. Natalie at least once a week and have been seeing major improvements to the pains in my shoulder and neck. Plus, she's nice and plays good music! Highly recommend
