I decided a few years ago to arrange for a prepaid funeral for my mom. They made everything easy and patiently reviewed the options. When it came time for the funeral, they made it seamless and we did not have to do a thing on that day allowing us to grieve and not worry about the details. Yesterday, they mailed a refund as we apparently did not cost as much as anticipated. I was unaware until the check arrived yesterday. Honest, patient, efficient, and warm. I cannot recommend them enough and I recommend prepaying so there is less to deal with when the moment comes.
Planning a loved ones services is not an easy task. Hanah made that experience so much more bearable with her compassion, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. The 2 amazing people that came to the house at 1am when my Mom passed were courteous and so respectful. I'm sorry I can't remember their names! Would definitely recommend Hanah and they whole Gallagher and Son funeral home team.
Our experience from end to end was perfect. Hanah, the Funeral Director was helpful during the entire process keeping us informed via texts and emails - her assistant was great as well. I had to set up the Visitation Room by myself, so having Kathy there to help me position photos, icons and flowers was invaluable - the room was warm and inviting. Rich and Billy provided a loving, supportive and empathetic presence during each service. Thank you Chris and team for all you did to make a difficult situation as easy as possible for the family!
