Always great service! Thomas and Parke did a thorough inspection of both upstairs and the basement to locate what appeared to be a mysterious leak. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful in their problem-solving and very polite. I would welcome either/both back to deal which any future problems.
JNR worked hard to accommodate us in a very timely fashion after an unexpected leak. We experienced our existing relationship from prior service calls and felt like a priority. Dario is wonderful. He is kind, educational and patient. We are grateful for their service!
My experience with JNR Plumbing was nothing but positive. From getting my appointment, having a picture of the plumber - so I knew who was coming into my house - clearly explained billing, and on time arrival of the plumber.
