The staff made me feel so welcomed, and the environment was peaceful and calming. I started with the Sonix Whole Body Vibration and EWOT, which boosted my energy and circulation, followed by the Ionic Detox Foot Bath that left me feeling refreshed and lighter. I ended with a 60-minute Infrared Sauna session was the perfect way to unwind, detox. I left feeling renewed and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset! Will be visiting again.

Haute and the entire team there were wonderful. My daughter and I bought a package and used several of their services and it was such a serene experience. I recommend the place to anyone wanting rejuvenation and overall wellness!

It's a nice place. I come here for the sauna and massage, and there are frequent specials that make it more affordable than other places around. The service is good and the staff are friendly.
Sometimes they do not preheat the sauna before you come in so it sort of defeats the purpose in my case-- I compete in a sport with weight categories, so this can end up being a waste of time and money. It takes 20-30 minutes for the sauna to actually feel hot. 8 times out of 10 it's a seamless experience.
