I purchased a custom-made rug from Classic Carpet & Rug and was SO impressed by the high-quality customer service. The staff really do care about getting it right. The price was very reasonable, and the turnaround time was less than a week for my project. I highly recommend this business if you're in the market for rugs of ANY kind. They have a selection that is out of this world, and staff available to help!

They did a wonderful job with our stair runner! We appreciated the time Patrick spent helping us find samples and working within our budget. The installation was seamlessly and professionally done. We would absolutely use them again.

Dan and Jack are people with the highest integrity which is difficult to find in many businesses. They have installed rugs in the whole house and in some cases a second time over 22 years. Most of all I truly appreciate their kindness and honesty.
