Buying a headstone is never an easy task, and doing it from afar makes it even harder. Marc made the entire process worry-free, simple and painless. We chatted on the phone about the design and he then sent a couple concept drawings to me via email for me to make the final choice. He was able to handle a couple of my minor last-minute additions to the design and epitaph text, and created a beautiful flat grave marker for my dear mother's final resting place. Marc's professionalism and skill/artistry are the perfect combination for his line of work. I chatted with him briefly in person when I made final payment and his easy-going personality and enthusiasm for the craft of stone carving made for a most pleasant experience overall.
