Was the worst experience I ever had in 40 years of buying glasses. They lost my personal frames because they handed it to Fed Ex without any receipt or other paper work, it was down hill from there, believe it or not!

I can tell a lot about this place, but the most important thing that you will not receive professional care in this place! My child had a lot of symptoms like lost his weight, appetite, was tired, didn't sleep well, pain in the body etc. etc. And what was the suggestion - change his pillow and adjust his schedule. They didn't want to do a blood test like there is nothing we can see - usual phrase "It is ok, he is growing!" But we did a blood test and here we go - he has diabetes type 1 and all those symptoms showed this. I just don't understand how you can be so unprofessional!!!! I can't stand this place. Twice now my child has been sick and needed to be seen quickly and they simply say they're fully booked and suggest we go to another office, 45 mins away. What good is a pediatrician that can't see a sick child in a timely manner? None of the doctors we have seen are particularly good (two of them didn't seem to like kids). The practice seems huge but never has appointments. We need more options in Fairfield. This place must have gotten so big, crushed business and now it stinks.
