This was my first visit so I can only go by first impressions. Costing more than double my last dentist just down the road ….I had high hopes for the best. I was not disappointed. Definitely the most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve ever had! My teeth are literally gleaming :) Dentist was lovely, very professional and excellent bedside manner. The office itself could use more warming up though. Some relaxing spa music (rather than AC/DC ) and more calming nature scenes on the monitors …I watched helicopter views of New York sky scrapers and traffic jams while getting X-rays! 🫣 ..could make a world of difference. Dr. Lee and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had been waiting a long time to correct some cosmetic work I had done years ago, and she truly exceeded my expectations. I’m completely in love with my new smile and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
10/10 I had the privilege to be served by Dr. Bethany and Assistant Sandy. These women were fantastic!! I had an emergency nerve issue and they were able to accommodate me same day! From the girl who answered the phone (and squeezed me in last second) to the team that assisted me throughout. Doc was super thorough in explaining my matter and made sure that I understood what was to be done next. She even recommended a different type of antibiotic that actually worked!!! She listened to my complaint about other antibiotics that never worked for me in the past! But the one she recommended was really solid!!
