The surgery itself went wonderfully, and I am thrilled with the results. I look and feel great, and I am so grateful for this truly life-changing experience. I had several post-operative appointments through my one-year follow-up and felt well cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend this practice and would absolutely return to Dr. Melendez if I ever need additional care.

In 2 weeks I’ll be a year post opp having a breast reduction I was so nervous but it had to be done and Dr Melendez was the right guy to do it. He made me so comfortable and at ease. Surgery went great result amazing ! Process was smooth sailing no pain and I healed very well he’s very helpful if you have any worries or concerns and always answer questions I appreciate the job he has done thank you so much I highly recommend he work is great !! Also Kelly the receptionist is so sweet and patient when I miss my follow ups lol thank you guys so much it was a pleasure

If you need a breast reduction and pretty much any cosmetic surgery he’s your guy !! Very welcoming, kind , funny and great at his job I’m pleased with my results. I needed a breast reduction due to my boobs being extremely large after pregnancy and weight gain , I experienced sleepless nights ,Back pain and just plain uncomfortable physically and mentally but that came to a change when I was referred to Dr Melendez Thank you so much !!!

He came highly recommended by a friend, I was able to quickly able to get an appointment and from the moment I walked in his assistant Kelly made me feel comfortable as well as Dr. Melendez. He was open and honest and I did not hesitate in scheduling my surgery with him. I could not be happier with the results and I highly recommend him!!

Mark is a local friend of mine - I have not seen him through his practice.
What I can tell you, is Mark saved my hand, after a large dog bite.
After being bitten and patched up, I asked Mark if he would mind taking a look. Not only did Mark help, he changed the dressing, showed me how to exercise the hand so it would not heal mangled...
Not only did Mark save my hand from further injury but my favorite part... he included his children in his treatment of me! He walked them through, showed them what he saw and helped them understand WHY it was important to do the exercises he suggested.
I do not know Mark through his practice, I know him as a person. A very good one.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark as a person and doctor.

I just spoke to Kelly who refused to give me an appointment. She said she suggested that I call Medicaid and ask for a different provider because Dr. Melendez is booked until the end of the year. I told her I didn’t mind waiting and she said she doesn’t have anything. I don’t even believe the name she gave me was her real name. She made me feel so small. She was extremely rude. I don’t deserve to be discriminated for having state insurance. I’m still a human being that is struggling and needs a procedure done and what she just did made me feel horrible.
