We hired Brazil Wood Floors to install new hardwood flooring in our home. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and they used high-quality materials. The finished floors look nice and have definitely improved the overall look of our space. We did run into a few issues. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge, with some last-minute changes that were inconvenient. Additionally, there were a few minor scratches on the floor that had to be addressed after the initial installation. Brazil Wood Floors did a good job, but better scheduling and more attention to detail during installation would have made the experience smoother.
