I had a small leak around a roof vent.Dave,Brendan,and Dave came,inspected and recaulk the area until the vents can be replaced.They were very informative,polite and a pleasure to deal with.Brown Roofing is a great company to deal with.

I wanted my gutters cleaned and the roof checked for any areas where squirrels could enter the attic. Darwin inspected the roof and showed me pictures of it. He gave me a quote for cleaning gutters. He did talk about installing new gutters, but without any pressure.
The maintenance crew was efficient, cleaning up any mess resulting from cleaning out the gutters.
