Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Christina was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only thing open.

I'm thinking about canceling my appointment. I called the office to find out how much my consultation would cost. The women asked me what insurance I had and if it was through an employer or exchange. I informed her that it was through an employer but she still couldn't provide an answer. She said, "well it depends if you get an x-ray or not". So she couldn't provide an estimate with or without x-ray. She was not helpful and a bit rude. What's the point of asking me about my insurance? Luckily, I'm not desperate enough to go to an office where the staff is rude.

Excellent service and very comfortable exam and consult with Dr Lena. After 42 years of the right shoulder slipping with a couple of tears at the biceps tendon, it was finally time to get it corrected! The Rocky Hill office is very convenient off Routes 91 and 9. Physical therapy services are also offered for pre & post trauma/surgical recovery & strengthening. I work right around the corner, so I expect a bunch of super convenient post surgical PT sessions.
