Robert from Dominion was very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable about the refinishing process. His price was on par with the other quotes we received. We didn't have to wait to long for the process to begin which was nice. He worked a miracle on our scratched up "orangey " oak floors. They are better than I can imagine.
