Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is a healthcare provider that offers physical therapy services. Their staff, including Ben, are knowledgeable and personable, taking the time to explain injuries and treatment options clearly. They use a variety of techniques, including exercises and gentle traction, to help patients recover from injuries. The staff is helpful, addresses concerns, and encourages patients to stay active and pursue their interests. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Patients have reported immediate relief from their issues and feel confident in their care.
I receive one-to-one personal attention and my therapy is adjusted based on how I felt after the last session and/or if there is anything going on that day. I have had PT with other groups & therapist were always working with more than 1 client at a time, so they could not focus on either individual. I also love my therapist- she is wonderful!

Consult appt was one week after my visit with Dr Macrie. Therapist was very thorough in my evaluation. I was provided some hands on therapy and given exercises to do at home. Follow up appts were scheduled.
