From the moment we called Joe was professional and his pricing was fair and reasonable. We set up a day to move and upgrade our panel box which was totally out of code! They worked all day and got the job completed and we also need some lighting replaced, also ceiling fans added…. Which let us to change out our outlets & switches. The job was done to a high standard Joe and his son Rob and also Tyler are the best! I would highly recommend hiring them.Services: Fan installation

I received a phone call from Signature Property Services within 5 minutes of requesting quotes on Angie's List. Joe was pleasant, respectful, and listened to what my concerns were. Joe was very thorough checking the house for any excessive electrical draw and even spotted and replaced a small guage wire attached to a breaker. No issues were found in the house's electrical system so he also offered to help me if needed in dealing with the power company.
