I had contacted this guy in July to replace my 20 year old furnace and AC system that I was worried was starting to put Carbon Monoxide into my house. I got his name from a neighbor that said he was pretty good although when he installed my neighbors new system he had a problem that he could not fix so he had to call in the manufacturer's rep to figure it out. I should have been worried then. Anyway he calls me right back and says he will come inspect my system sometime that week. About four weeks go by and I had to call him back, He says he has been busy and he will come by this week. Another two weeks go by and still nothing.
