some of the angriest white women in the united states work here. truly incompetant dental service, the trainee ruined my front teeth, dr. Fonfara didnt use xrays so he Guessed his way through it. total hack job. "I can still recall him saying oh i see the cavity" theyre as incompetant with the billing as well, no explanation of billing, just a number. who does that? thieves and liars. it is these small "family" places that you need to stay away from. Nepotism, egotism, racism. Wonderful, attentive service! The doctor was very nice and informative and the rest of the staff was very welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and efficient in helping me find my next appointments. Highly recommend :)
Honestly, worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time over the phone. I’m extremely let down and disappointed. I think they could do a lot better with how they treat their customers.
